Four sessions introducing AI to small and medium-sized businesses

The Seminar on Artificial Intelligence Tools for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses was designed for entrepreneurs and small companies interested in practical applications of this technology.

The seminar consisted of four sessions covering tools and examples connected to common business tasks. The aim was to show possible uses and provide a starting point for assessing which tools could be useful in each setting.

Tools for everyday work

During the sessions, we covered areas such as:

  • Automating administrative tasks.
  • Creating content for social media.
  • Supporting marketing and sales processes.
  • Using AI assistants to organize work.
  • An introduction to chatbots.

Participants discussed specific business needs and worked with familiar examples. This practical approach helped connect the tools to tasks they recognized from their own work.

Learning before adopting a tool

Training provides a space to experiment, ask questions and understand each solution's limitations. A tool can support a task, but its usefulness depends on the process it becomes part of and how its results are reviewed.

At SYNAPTA, we want these sessions to help people move from a broad idea of AI to a concrete assessment: which task they want to improve, what information the tool needs and how they will check that the result is useful.

The seminar is part of our technology education work for the entrepreneurial community. We continue to develop opportunities that connect technical knowledge with organizations' everyday challenges.
