Legal Notice

This website and the digital products offered are legally operated by SYNAPTA SPA, with its registered address at Ainavillo 725, Concepción, Chile. By engaging our software development services, you accept these terms in full.

01. Products and Licenses

Synapta ING provides custom software development services, including:

  • Development of custom web and mobile applications (software deliverables).
  • Design and implementation of enterprise software architecture.
  • Management systems, digital platforms and artificial intelligence integration.
  • Delivery of source code, technical documentation and post-launch support.

* Clarification: Synapta ING does not sell hourly labor consulting services. All charges relate to the development and delivery of custom software as a digital asset for the client.

02. Billing and Payment Partner

Our order process is handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns.

NOTE: Your receipts and account statements will show "PADDLE.NET" for your purchase from Synapta ING.

03. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

The client may cancel an ongoing project by providing written notice to contacto@synaptaing.com. Payments for deliverables that have already been completed are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of digital goods (downloadable source code with immediate access), no refunds are issued once the files have been delivered or the infrastructure has been provisioned, except in the event of a verifiable technical failure.

04. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered source code (or a full assignment of rights, depending on the "Enterprise" plan). Synapta’s core tools and internal libraries remain the property of Synapta SpA, with the client receiving a perpetual license to use them.
