3Lux Development: a portal for keeping investors informed
We built the 3Lux Development investor portal, a private platform for reviewing real estate projects, monthly reports and project documents.

From the corporate website to project updates
Real estate development brings together information from several disciplines: architecture, engineering, permits, financing and project progress. Keeping track of it requires a structure that makes documents easy to find and clearly identifies the project or reporting period they belong to.
We developed the 3Lux Development Investor Portal to meet that need. The platform complements the firm's corporate website with a private space for reviewing projects, reports and documents.
Documents organized by project
The portal includes a document library that groups information by project and category. Financial reports, architectural and engineering documents, permits and approvals, and financing documents each have a defined place in the navigation.
This structure helps users browse material in context. An investor who needs to review a permit or read a report can start with the relevant project and open the category they need.
Reports are also grouped by month, with expandable sections for browsing their contents. Users can download PDF documents while signed in, making document review and file access part of the same workflow.
An experience for investors and administrators
The platform distinguishes between investor and administrator roles. Authenticated access opens the document review area, while the administration panel provides tools for viewing accounts, checking project status and filtering documents.
Designing these workflows means addressing two needs: making information easy to find and helping the team keep it organized. The hierarchy of projects, categories and reporting periods shapes both the user experience and the way content is managed.
Two projects with a shared identity
The 3Lux Development website introduces the firm and its projects to visitors. The portal extends that digital presence with an information resource for its investors, while retaining the brand's identity.
The application uses Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, with Framer Motion for interface transitions. It brings navigation, access control and document presentation together in a web application.
For SYNAPTA, this work expands our portfolio of software for organizations: a solution that connects a company's public presence with the regular review of project information.
