A website and management platform for a boutique Hot Boxing, Yoga and GAP studio in Concepción, Chile, with bookings, payments and administration in one system.
The project
A web platform built for Focus, a boutique studio in Concepción, Chile. It combines the brand’s website with a booking system featuring real-time availability and a waitlist, online plan and trial class purchases through Mercado Pago, passwordless customer accounts, and a dashboard where the studio manages classes, attendance, payments and announcements.
Objective
Bring class bookings, plan sales and the studio’s day-to-day management together in a single platform, with clear rules for customers and administrators.
Development challenges
Prevent classes from being overbooked when several people book at the same time, verify every payment on the server before activating a plan, and model business rules such as weekly limits, cancellation windows, waitlists and studio closures.
